Processing of all business accounts on pastel up to Trial Balance on a monthly basis.
Allocating of all debtor payments on client accounts and including and Age Analysis report to see what debtors are still outstanding.
Processing of purchase invoices and allocating payments. Includes an age analysis report to see which Suppliers still needs to be paid.
Maintaining the income and expenditure that are VAT bearing according to the regulations of the South African Revenue Services and the South African VAT Act 89 of 1991 as amended.
Submission of the bi-annual VAT201 return on behalf of you to The South African Revenue Services.

Monthly Managements statements are drawn up after every month’s accounting to give the client a report on how the current financial situation is stipulated and it is in comparison with other months. Monthly expenditure and income are recorded and this aids in the decision making process of your company on changes to improve the cash flow.

The annual financial statements will be compiled where it will be sent for a review and sign off to provide the practice with Annual Financial statements that will aid in financial planning and future financial decision making to grow your practice.
The reviewer will either be a member of The South African Professional Accountants or The South African Institute of Chartered Accountants depending on the classification of the size of the practice according to the South African Companies Act 71 of 2008 as amended in April 2011.
